The basic layout of the 40-foot house includes three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The kitchen will be equipped with cupboards and sinks, while the bathroom will have a separate shower area, bathroom cabinet and toilet. All doors, Windows, floors, internal wiring, switches, outlets and drains will be installed in the house for easy use. In addition, we will provide sockets and switches that meet your country's standards.

In terms of dimensions, the external dimensions (mm) are 6320 x 11800 H 2480, (in) 249 x 465 h 98. Internal dimensions (mm) are 6100 wide by 11600 high by 2200, (in) 243 wide by 215 high by 88. The folded state (mm) is 2200 x 5900 x 2480, (in) 87 x 232 x 98.

The retractable house covers 24 square meters before folding and 75 square meters after unfolding.
